We highly encourage our pupils to participate in the pupil skills exams. Pupil Skills are an examination system set by the Australian Calisthenics Federation (ACF). Students learn set routines which focus on technique and knowledge of the terminology used throughout the calisthenics syllabus. Pupil skills particpation encourages safe and correct calesthenics movements elevating participants abilities.
Further, pupil skills examinations satisfy a pre-requiste of the ACF for our pupils to eligible to compete in the Calisthenics Solo and Duo Competitions, QLD state team auditions and participations, enrolment in the cadet-training course and eventually to enrol as a Level 1 coach.
Recommended Ages For Exams
The following details the MINIMUM age that a student must be before they are permitted to attempt an exam:

Note: An 80% pass rate is required for the Aesthetic and Dance sections in the Grade 3 and 4 exams in order to compete in Graceful / Solo competions (16 and 17 year olds respectively)
